We strongly caution against shipping to hotels as many of our previous customers have had trouble receiving packages and many shipments have not arrived successfully. Most packages sent to hotels are eventually returned back to our office.
Many hotels have strict requirements for receiving mail and packages and we find that most are refused for guests that are not checked in or if the shipping address does not match the registered guest's information.
Please also keep in mind that tracking information is not available for all shipments. If you plan on using hotel as the delivery address, please select our Priority or Express Mail delivery options as this will ensure that you can monitor the status of the shipment.
